Before using erWin Online for the first time, please check if on your PC (operating system:Windows 2000, Windows XP, Intel Pentium Processor:266 MHz, 32 MB RAM, 17 inch monitor recommended) the following programs are installed.If not, you can download them free of charge from the Internet and install them on your PC.

To be able to use documents via erWin online it is important to use version 8.1.X of the above mentioned Adobe Acrobat Reader. Without this programme PDF documents cannot be opened under the "Search" menu item.
